Feeling Bitter? Write Down Your Pain



It’s not easy to deal with the pain of our life sometimes. Though, no matter unfriendly the situation with us, we must heal our self in any ways. If you find the true friend to help you, you’re lucky, because true friend would never leave you alone in such as situation. They won’t talk a lot may be, but they will stay with you. Always!

Unfortunately, not everyone blessed with the true friend. Sometimes their only true friends are only God and his/ her self. Sad? Yes, but many experienced this. It doesn’t mean you don’t have the way out to heal your pain easily. You can do this and it works for many people to get quick remedy: write it out!

Writing and pain can be good couple to heal you. When you write your pain in a diary or any book, you have already released your emotion. It’s poured and making you feeling better. It’s like you couldn’t cry but you want, then you already revenged it into the paper. All of your emotion and sadness has become the words that give you instant therapeutic making you feeling better.

After you write it down, your strength come back. You now ready to embrace the new day after your stress gone. Sometimes you feel little sadness, but it’s okay, the process can be so slowly. Give your self some times to relax. Take a deep breath and tell your self positive affirmation like “yes, girl, it’s a new day, new hope, smile and enjoy”. Smile will make you have perfect starting a new day then. Finally....! :)
